Quincy Waller was born and raised in Chester, Virginia, and is a proud graduate of Lloyd C. Bird High School, as are his four siblings. He attended James Madison University, where he played football and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He later earned a Master of Arts in Teaching in Secondary Social Studies from The Johns Hopkins University and a Certificate of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Richmond.

Mr. Waller began his career as a social studies teacher and coach in Baltimore, Maryland, before returning to Virginia in 2006 to teach at Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School for Government and International Studies. He continued his passion for education, athletics, and mentorship throughout Chesterfield County before returning to Lloyd C. Bird High School, where he served for 12 years in leadership roles including Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, and Associate Principal.

In 2023, Mr. Waller began his 24th year in education as the Principal of Falling Creek Middle School. He is entering his 27th year in education for the 2026–2027 school year. Throughout his career, Mr. Waller has been committed to supporting students and believes strongly in the importance of family, service, mentorship, and helping young people reach their full potential.

Outside of school, Mr. Waller enjoys attending sporting events—especially James Madison University football games—spending time with family and friends, and enjoying time with his dog, Jasper.

Mr. Vannoy is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, and now resides in Chester, Virginia. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a concentration in Secondary Education from Old Dominion University. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he proudly served for six years as a Combat Engineer. 

Mr. Vannoy began his career in education with Virginia Beach City Public Schools, teaching AVID, Economics and Personal Finance, Virginia/U.S. Government, Virginia/U.S. History, and Sociology. In 2019, he and his family relocated to Chesterfield County, where he taught at Midlothian High School while earning a Master of Education degree and an endorsement in Administration and Supervision from the University of Virginia.

Following his time in the classroom, Mr. Vannoy served as Dean of Students at Matoaca High School before assuming his current role as Assistant Principal at Falling Creek Middle School. The 2026–2027 school year marks his 17th year in education.

Mr. Vannoy is happily married and the proud father of three young children. Outside of school, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, watching sports, and traveling.

Dr. Johnson grew up in Chesterfield County and graduated from Meadowbrook High School. She also attended Hopkins Elementary School and Falling Creek Middle School. Dr. Johnson has been an educator for over 20 years. Fourteen of those years have been with Chesterfield County Public Schools. Over the past two decades, Dr. Johnson taught Math and Science in grades 6-8, served as an Instructional Coach for Math and Science teachers, and as a Coordinator of Assessment and Remediation. Dr. Johnson joined the staff at FCMS in 2017 and has been an Assistant Principal since 2022.

Dr. Johnson believes a strong educational foundation opens doors to future opportunities. She is committed to helping students gain the skills and background knowledge needed to pursue dreams and passions they have yet to discover. Dr. Johnson believes everyone can achieve great things if they “just keep swimming.”

Dr. Johnson is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Virginia. She earned a Ph.D. in Education in December 2019. She recently launched a child off to college. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, reading, cooking, and completing puzzles.

Mr. Vogt grew up in Northern Virginia and attended Northern Virginia Community College before transferring to the University of Virginia. After graduation, he worked at the 2015 World’s Fair in Milan, Italy, and completed a masters program at NYU Florence. He returned to the Richmond area and began substituting in local schools to get familiarized with K-12 education. After working as a reading interventionist for Henrico County, he was hired by Falling Creek Middle as an ESL teacher in 2017. In 2020, he furthered his professional knowledge by completing an endorsement in Educational Leadership and Administration through Longwood University. 

Mr. Vogt is married to his wife Emily and has two young children. He lives in Hanover County and enjoys house projects, traveling, trying new coffee shops, and spending time with his family. Mr. Vogt speaks Spanish and Italian, and is excited to continue to lead community engagement events for all our Panthers. 

The 2026-2027 school year will be Mr. Vogt’s tenth year at Falling Creek Middle School and fourth year in school administration.

Ms. Alexandre is originally from New York and now proudly calls Chesterfield County home. She has worked in education for more than 15 years, beginning her teaching career in Hopewell, VA, at a private behavioral school. It was there that she discovered her passion for understanding how children learn and grow. Since then, she has served students in Petersburg City and Prince George County before joining Chesterfield in 2018. Within the county, she has taught at Elizabeth Davis Middle School and later served as the Coordinator of Special Education at Ecoff Elementary.

Ms. Alexandre earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and, during that time, also served eight years in the U.S. Army. She later completed a Master’s in Special Education from Grand Canyon University and earned a Certificate in Administration and Supervision from Liberty University. These experiences have shaped not only her skills but also her passion for supporting students, families, and educators.

Outside of school, Ms. Alexandre enjoys spending time with her son, who is also a Chesterfield student. She loves traveling, exploring new places, and reading in her free time.

She is honored to join Falling Creek Middle as Dean of Students and looks forward to working alongside the dedicated staff while building strong connections with families and students.

With more than 21 years in education, Dr. Alexis Cole Bell has served as a Pre-K teacher, middle school Math and Science teacher, Instructional Coach and most recently, PBIS Coach. For the past nine years, she has proudly served Chesterfield County Public Schools, building strong relationships and creating positive learning environments where every student can thrive.

Dr. Bell believes that students come first and that every child deserves to be heard, valued, and supported. She is passionate about helping every Panther feel connected, successful, and empowered to reach their full potential.
